We offer all our products on a sale or return basis. If for any reason you are not completely happy with any of the products supplied, we will either replace them or offer a full refund, provided they are in fully re-saleable condition. Whilst we don’t generally place a time limit on returns, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange products returned more than 14 days after purchase.

We are happy to pay carriage costs on any defective items, however should you simply not like the item and wish to return or exchange it, the standard carriage charge will apply on delivery and return.

You may cancel your order at any time, for any reason. Refunds will be made to the original card of purchase. If payment has been made by cheque, refunds will be made within 10 working days.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 14 days of delivery, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties

Stock Availability

The majority of our products listed on our website are in stock and ready to despatch within 3 working days of receiving you order and cleared payment. However we do occasionally run short of stock (or may be in the process of making more), during peak times so please allow up to 20 working days for delivery. In the case of our weathervanes again we try our best to hold sufficient stock but some of our less popular designs are made to order. As such, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.

All items returned for exchange or refund must be accompanied by full details of the original sale, must be unused, with their original packaging and be returned within 14days of receipt. The customer must obtain a Return Authorisation from us before despatching them back to us. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of return and suitable packing. If the item is faulty or does not comply with the description on our website, we will of course refund the return charges and will add these to any refund due. Refunds for correctly supplied standard stock items, returned after 14 days of receipt, are subject to a handling/restocking charge. (Not greater than 15%).

We cannot refund damaged items.

We do not accept 'Special Order' or bespoke designed items back for refund.

If products have been supplied that are no longer required for any reason such as a change of mind but were supplied on a carriage paid basis we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping price charged to us and will of course provide proof as to that cost..

Details,dimensions and finish of products are subject to change. We reserve the right not to supply an item if an incorrect price has been posted. Dimensions of products shown on this website are provided as a guide only and should not be relied upon to prepare fixings.


20% VAT is included in all marked prices for UK and EC orders. VAT registered EC customers should provide us with full company details and a valid VAT registration number. We will then refund the VAT paid subject to confirmation of validity and proof of delivery.
